Pasta with Fresh Veggies

- Cook pasta according to directions; drain - In large nonstick skillet, saute carrots in oil until crisp-tender;

- 1/2 tsp minced garlic (or more)
- 3 C chopped fresh plum tomatoes (or canned diced)
