All-Bran Streusel Muffins

- Topping
- 3 T flour
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 T cold margarine
- Muffins
- 1 1/4 C flour
- 1 T baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeng
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 C All-Bran cereal
- 1 C skim milk
- 1/3 C brown sugar
- 1/3 C unsweetened applesauce
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 C oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 C golden raisins (opt)
Fluffy MeatLoaf

- Mix all ingredients thoroughly; place in loaf pan or shape and place in a shallow pan - Bake at 350 1 1/2 hours

- 3 meduium slices soft torn bread plus 1 C milk (OR 1 C dry bread crumbs plus 1 1/4 C milk)

- 1 T Worchestershire sauce
