Bloody Mary Tomatos

cherry tomatoes, cut the stem part off, so they can sit flat
- dip:
- cherry tomatoes
- 2/3 cup vodka
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 10 drops tabasco
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1/3 cup sea salt
- zest of one lemon
- one minced garlic clove
- finely diced rosemary
Squash & Pear Soup

heat oil medium-low in large stockpot
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 8 oz onions, chopped
- 20 oz butternut squash, 1/4 inch dice
- 3 medium pears, bosc or anjou peeled, cored, quartered
- 32 oz vegetable stock
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- salt & pepper to taste
Applesauce Pumpkin Muffins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup water or apple juice
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups chips, butterscotch or chocolate
- 1 cup nuts
- 1 cup raisins
Microwaved Scrambled Eggs

Put the butter in a bowl or jug and microwave on HIGH fro 45 seconds until melted
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoons of milk (or milk & water)
- salt & pepper, to taste
Fish with Panko Crust

Preheat oven to 475, with racks in top and bottom third
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- coarse salt and ground pepper
- 2 cups panko
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 pounds tilapia fillets, cut into wide strips (see note, above)
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, plus lemon wedges for serving
- 2 teaspoons prepared white horseradish
Popcorn Topping: Cajun

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder

Pork Tenderloin with Fennel

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped (about 1 tablespoon)
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh sage
- 1 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pork tenderloin (about 1 1/4 pounds), tied with kitchen twine
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
