Fat – Free Lemon Mousse

Pour 2 tablespoons water into small saucepan; sprinkle gelatin over
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup fat-free half and half
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon finely grated lemon peel
- 2 large egg whites
- 1/8 teaspoon cream of tatar
Persimmon Pudding

Melt butter, then add sugar and persimmon
- 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup persimmon pulp
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup coconut, chopped nuts and/or raisins (optional)
- Nonstick cooking spray
- Whipped cream or whipped topping
Brown Stone Cake

Cream crisco and sugar. Add eggs one at time
- Icing:
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups plain sifted flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup crisco
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- 3 heaping tablespoon coca
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Banana Split Pie

Melt 2 stocks margarine and add graham cracker crumbs
- 4 sticks of margarine
- 2 eggs
- 4 bananas
- 1 2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cans crushed pineapple (15 1/4 oz. size -- drain well)
- 1 large cool whip (10 oz. size)
- 1 bottle maraschino cherries (10 oz. size -- drain well)
- 1 cup chopped nuts (pecans)

- 2 packages of Lime Kool Aid
- 1 quart of gingerale
- 1 16 oz. can of pineapple juice
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 quarts water
