Soft Ginger Cookies

In a large bowl cream both sticks of butter
- 2 sticks of butter, softened
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups unbleached flour
- 1 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 3/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Perfect Chocolate Cake

Combine cocoa and boiling water, stirring until smooth; set aside to cool
- Filling:
- 1 cup cocoa
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Frosting:
- 1 (6-ounce) package semisweet chocolate morsels
- 1/2 About 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine
- 2 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
Icing

Add a little less than 1/4 c, hot water and the other 1/2 box of powdered sugar, and 3 blocks of melted chocolate
- 6 tsp margarine (3/4 stick)
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 box powder sugar
- 1/4 c hot water
- 3 blocks of melted chocolates
Graham Cracker Cookies

Line large shallow pan with graham crackers
- 2 3/4 sticks of margarine
- 2 cups of powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup and 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of nuts
- 1 cup of coconut
- 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
- Graham crackers
Noodle Kugel

Pan boil noodle, melt margarine, add all ingredients and last add cottage cheese, bake in buttered 13x9x2 pan
- 1 lb med noodle
- 6 egg, beaten.
- 2 stick margarine
- 1 lb (16 oz) flour cream
- 1 lb (16 oz) cottage cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c sugar
Pound Cake

- 3 cups sugar
- 3 stick margarine
- 8 oz cheese cream
- Pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Lemon flavoring
- 6 egg (one at a time)

Egg Custard

- 4 medium eggs or 3 large eggs
- Dash of salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 1 stick of margarine

Combine sugar, oil, vanilla, eggs, lemon juice and salt in mixing bowl
- 2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cup oil (safflower)
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 well beaten eggs
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoon soda
- 3 cup peeled and chopped fresh apples (winesap)
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg

Blueberry- Stuffed Brunch Puff

- 24 slices fresh, old- fashioned white bread, cubed
- 1 lb light cream cheese, cut in 1/2 inch cubes

- 1/4 cup orange zest
- 24 eggs, large
- 1 qt lowfat milk
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 6 cups sugar
- 3/4 cups cornstarch
- 6 cups water
- 6 cups blueberries
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
