Blend first five ingredients together in food processor or blender
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2/3 cup red or white wine vinegar
- 2 cups salad oil
- 3 tablespoons poppy seeds

Spicy Crab Bites

Folding Phyllo Triangles

Preheat. Oven to 350 degree f
- 1/2 pound monterey jack cheese, finely grated
- 1/4 cup minced green onion
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill-weed
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 pound phyllo pastry sheets
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
Spinach Turban

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in large saucepan over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons (1/4 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 large onion, minced
- 1 bunch green onions including tops; chopped
- 2 pounds spinach, thoroughly washed, well drained and chopped or 2 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained.
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 pound feta cheese, rinsed and crumbled
- 8 ounces (1/2 pound) post cheese or lightly creamed cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons uncooked farina or 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup minced fresh dill-weed
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 pound phyllo pastry sheets
- 1 . Pound unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Minced fresh parsley (garnish)
Hot Cranberry-Spiced Punch

In 1-½ -quart saucepan combine all ingredients except garnish and bring to a boil
- Garnish:
- 1 quart low-calorie cranberry juice
- 2/3 cup pineapple juice (no sugar added)
- 3 -inch cinnamon stick
- 1/2 teaspoon whole cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon whole allspice
- Dash ground nutmeg
- 4 lemon slices (1/4 inch-thick slices), each studded with 3 whole cloves, and four 3-inch cinnamon sticks
