Apple Cake

Add all cake ingredients (except apples) to food processor
- Cake:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup unsifted flour
- 4 tablespoons butter, cut in pieces
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 - 5 Granny Smith Apples
- Topping:
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 large egg
Chex Party Mix

Preheat oven to 250 degree
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter
- 1 1/4 tsp. Seasoned salt
- 4 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups corn chex cereal
- 2 cups rice chex cereal
- 2 cups bran chex cereal
- 2 cups wheat chex cereal
- 1 cup salted mixed nuts and/or pretzel sticks
Lemon Sheet Cake

Grease 9x13 inches pan. Bake 350 degree for 35 min
- 1 box Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme
- 1 pkg instant lemon pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup and 2 tbsp water
- 1 stick margarine (melted)
Coconut Bavarian Pie

- 1 cup milk
- 1-9 oz. Pkg. Vanilla instant pudding
- 1 1/2 coconut
- 9 oz cool whip

Peach Ice Cream

- 5 eggs beaten
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 4 cups blended fruit (add 2 more cups sugar if fruit is unsweetened)
- 1 can eagle brand milk
- 1 can pet milk
- 1 tsp. Almond extract
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
Mud Pie

Crush oreos. Press oreos and 1/2 stick of melted margarine to form a crust in a greased pie plate

- Coffee Ice Cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 t. Flour
- 3 t. Cocoa
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 t. Vanilla
Chocolate Pie

- 1 tablespoon Flour
- 1 cup sugar
