- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 package (8-ounce) cream cheese, slightly softened
- 1/3 cup sugar (or 2/3 cup confectioners sugar)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 ounces Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed
- 1 plastic sand pail with a shovel for serving

- 1 egg

- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup (half of 15 oz can) cream of coconut
- 2/3 cup (half of 14 oz can) sweetened condensed milk
- 8 - 12 ozs. Extra Creamy Cool Whip
- 1 (6 oz) package frozen sweetened flaked coconut, room temperature (I used Birds Eye brand)

- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups Cool Whip (about half of 8-ounce tub)
King Ranch Chicken Casserole

Preheat oven to 325° F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside
- Cooking Spray
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 (10 1/2 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 1/2 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies, undrained (I used Original)
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, or to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
- Salt and ground black pepper, to taste (optional)
- 2 1/4 cups cooked and chopped chicken breast (I used 7 tenders)
- 12 - 16 (6-inch) corn tortillas (I used Mission brand white corn tortillas)

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
- 2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, or to taste
- 2 cups water**
- 1 - 2 teaspoons Kitchen Bouquet browning sauce (for color), optional
- 8 Hamburger buns
- Yellow mustard, Finely diced onion, Hamburger dill slices (or whatever condiments you like)
