  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup halved candied red cherries
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried or candied pineapple
  • 1/2 cup chopped dates (or dark raisins)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Pinches of dried Italian seasoning
  • Dash of garlic salt
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, divided (green can kind)
  • Crushed red pepper flakes, optional
