Chocolate Oreo Cream Cake

Prepare cake mix according to package directions for 2 9-inch round cakes
- Filling:
- 1 pkg chocolate cake mix (I used triple chocolate)
- ingredients need to make the cake on the back of the box
- 8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups Cool whip (I used the extra creamy kind)
- 12 oreo cookies, coarsely crushed
- Frosting:
- 1/3 cup plus 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 6 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 4 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 5 to 6 Tbsp milk or more if needed
Chicken Noodle Casserole

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, plus more for greasing dish
- Kosher salt
- 12 ounces extra-wide egg noodles
- 10 ounces white mushrooms, halved or quartered
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups frozen pearl onions, thawed
- 1 medium carrot, halved lengthwise and sliced thinly across
- 1 large stalk celery, sliced thinly
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1/2 cup dry white wine or vermouth
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken, skin and bones discarded
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 cup shredded Gouda (about 4 ounces)

- 1 cup (240 ml) chopped canned pineapple
- 4 cups (1 L) grated carrot
- 2-1/2 cups (315 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon (14 g) baking powder
- 2 teaspoon (10 g) baking soda
- 1 teaspoon (7 g) salt
- 2 teaspoons (10 g) cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) nutmeg
- 1 cup (227 g) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1-1/4 cups (250 g) golden brown sugar
- 4 eggs, at room temperature
- 2 tsp (10 ml) pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) whole milk, at room temperature
