Ingredients

  • For salad:
  • 8-10 fresh strawberries
  • 1 fresh mangoes
  • 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 ripe kiwis
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 cup green grapes
  • 1/2 cup red grapes
  • For dressing:
  • 1 large lime
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Water as required

Preparation

Step 1

1. Wash all fruits & mix together after cleaning, peeling, cutting into
pieces.

2. Combine chopped & sliced fruits in a large serving bowl & toss gently.

3. In a separate bowl, add sugar, lemon juice, water. Pour this dressing
mixture over fruits & toss gently to combine.

4. Cover & chill fruit salad thoroughly before serving.

5. Fruit salad is ready to serve.
