Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk

Melt butter in medium saucepan with olive oil over medium/low heat

- 1 1/2 tablespoons sweet butter

Cheddar & Apricot Stuffed Pork Chops

Cut a horizontal pocket in the side of each pork chop (or ask your meat retailer to do this for you)
- 4 (6 to 8 oz. each) bone-in center cut pork chops, about 1/2-inch thick
- 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Traditional Cut Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 3 Tbsp. finely chopped dried apricots
- 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves

Preheat oven to 450ºF. Mix Bisquick,milk, raisins, cinnamon and sugar until a soft dough forms
- For 1 cup of Bisquick Substitution:
- 2-1/4 to 2-1/2 cups Bisquick® baking mix
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup (125 g) flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons (8 g) baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon (pinch) salt
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) shortening, oil, or melted butter
- Melted butter
- Glaze:
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon warm water

- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice, drained
- 4 (6-inch) whole wheat pitas, each cut in half
