- 4 eggs (separate yolks from whites) at room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 150 g (3/4 cup) sugar
- 125 g (1 stick or 1/2 cup) butter, melted
- 115 g (4 oz or 3/4 cup) of all purpose flour
- 500 ml (2 cups) milk lukewarm
- powdered sugar for dusting cake

- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Pinch of paprika
- Pizza:
- 1 12" pre-baked pizza shell
- 6 oz fully cooked, frozen, breaded chicken fingers, defrosted & medium diced
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced and diced deli ham
- 1 cup frozen broccoli florets, defrosted and chopped into 1/2" pieces
- 1 cup shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese

- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup canola oil or peanut oil
- 1-3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1 pound carrots, finely shredded
- 2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts
- Ingredients - Icing
- 1 pound cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 pound unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large carrots, peeled
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 8 oz can pineapple in juice, drained
- 3/4 cups walnuts
- 1/2 cup raisins

- 1 cup softened Butter
- 3 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tbsp Orange Crush
- 2 tbsp Orange Gekatin Mix

- Other:
- Butter, for greasing pan
