Maui Scalloped Potatoes from 'Ohana Polynesian Village-Disney

Using a mandolin, cut Russet potatoes 1/4 inch slices
- 1 pound Russet potatoes, washed and scrubbed
- 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
- 1/4 cup sweet onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
Biscoff Minute Mug Cake

For the Cake: Spray the inside of a mug with non-stick cooking spray
- For the Cake:
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 heaping tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoons Biscoff (or any nut butter)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- For the Frosting:
- 1 tablespoon Marshmallow Fluff
- 1 tbsp. Biscoff (or nut butter)
- 1-2 tbsp. Cool Whip (depending on your taste)
Praline Pumpkin Cake

Cake mix and frosting pair up with some extras to create a scrumptious pumpkin and praline indulgence
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 box Betty Crocker™ SuperMoist™ yellow cake mix
- 1 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 container Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy cream cheese frosting
- Caramel topping, if desired
- Additional coarsely chopped pecans, if desired

Using a tube, place small amount of chocolate frosting around half of the center of the cookie

- Peanutbutter Cups
- Chocolate frosting
- Yellow Frosting
- Optional: Red frosting
- Optional: black sprinkles for eyes

Cake Prepare cake as following package directions
- 1 store-bought spice cake mix, prepared per package directions and cooled
- 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons old-fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 5 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup apricot jam
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 egg yolk (or 1/4 cup pasteurized egg yolks)
- 3/4 cup canned pumpkin pie filling
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Ocean Spray Craisins Original Dried Cranberries , plus extra as garnish
Chocolate Peanut Butter

Serve as a spread with cookies, crackers, or toast or use as a filling for cakes
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1-1/2 cups smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
- 1 teaspoon hot water
Glazed Bourbon-Orange Pound Cake with Apricot-Orange Sauce

FOR CAKE: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- For Cake:
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 cups (2 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons grated orange zest
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 large eggs
- 1/3 cup bourbon
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- For Glaze and Sauce:
- 2 1/2 cups apricot jam
- 1/2 vanilla bean, halved lengthwise
- 5 tablespoons orange juice
- 3 tablespoons bourbon

Beouf Bourguignon

Two options, you can use a dutch oven so you can later transfer it into the oven to finish cooking
- 1 tablespoon good olive oil
- 8 ounces thick bacon, diced
- 2 1/2 pounds chuck beef cut into 1-inch cubes
- Kosher Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pound carrots, sliced diagonally into 1-inch chunks
- 2 yellow onions, sliced
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic(2 cloves)
- 1 bottle good dry red wine I used Pinot Noir (Gotta love the French and their wine!)
- 1 can (2 cups) beef broth or water. Broth is probably tastier.
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves; 1/2 teaspoon dried
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms stems discarded, caps thickly sliced

- 1/2 cup (1 stick) softened butter
