- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- Ingredients For Lime Salt:
- 2 zested Limes
- 2 tablespoons Kosher Salt
Rhubarb Berry Crumb Bars

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- Rhubarb Berry Jam (makes 6 cups):
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup (2 sticks) cold butter
- 1 egg
- Pinch of salt
- Zest of one lemon
- 2 cups Rhubarb Berry Jam or another jam of your choice
- 2 pounds rhubarb, trimmed and sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
- 6 cups mixed berries, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup apple juice
- 4-5 cups sugar depending on the sweetness of the berries
- Juice of one lemon
- Pinch of salt
Japanese Milk Bread

Panko is often made from the heels of the loaf, called the “ears” in Japanese
- For the starter:
- 1/3 cup/45 grams bread flour
- 1/2 cup/120 milliliters whole milk
- For the dough:
- 2 1/2 cups/325 grams bread flour
- 1/4 cup/60 grams sugar
- 2 teaspoons/7 grams active dry yeast (1 packet)
- 1 teaspoon/4 grams salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup/120 milliliters warm whole milk, plus extra for brushing on the unbaked loaf
- 4 tablespoons/60 grams unsalted butter, cut into pieces and softened at room temperature, plus extra for buttering bowls and pan

- One 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 2/3 cup Key lime juice

Blueberry Angel Food Sheet Cake

Preheat oven to 350. Pour prepared batter into an ungreased jelly roll pan
- Blueberry glaze:
- 1 angel food sheet cake prepared as directed on the box or as your favorite recipe states
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1 cup blueberries
- 3 Tablespoons water
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Brandy Berry Caramel Sauce

- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- 6 oz fresh raspberries (1 cup)
- Ice cream
- Fresh mint leaves, if desired
