Best Pumpkin Bread Ever
- 2 Cups canned pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup water
- 3 cups white sugar
- 3 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

- 2 med carrots diced
- 1 med sweet red pepper diced (green ok too)
- 1 med stalk of celery diced
- 2 small zucchini diced
- 2 small yellow squash (my addition)
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 cups broccoli small florets
- recently added grape tomatoes cut in half
- 1 Can Pastene Tomatoes
- 1 Cup Beef Broth
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/2 bag spinach
- I never really measure anything and sometimes you eat with a fork.
Super Easy Cream of Broccoli Soup

- 1 medium onion chopped
- 20 ozf rozen chopped broccoli,thawed
- 32 1/4 oz canned condensed cram of otato soup (three 10 3/4 oz cans)
- 4 cups fat free skim milk
- 3/4 cups low fat shredded cheddar cheese (extra sharp)
- 1 tbl Dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper or to taste
- 1 tsp kosher salt or to taste
- Add nutmeg (optional)

- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 2 (3 ounce) packages chicken ramen noodles, broken
- 10 ounces broccoli coleslaw mix
- 3/4 cup sliced almonds
- 3/4 cup golden raisins (optional)
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

- 2 baking potatoes (about 1 1/2 pounds), peeled and cut into chunks (3 1/3 cups)
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen whole-kernel corn
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks (1 cup)
- 1 onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup bottled salsa
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs (about 10.5 ounces)
- 2 1/2 cups Chicken broth
- 4 (6inch) fresh corn tortillas, cut into strips

- 3 tbls butter or margerine
- 1 c diced onion (about 1 1/2)
- 1 lb hamburg (don't use extra lean)
- 1 1/2 c diced carrots (about 4)
- 1 1/2 c diced celery (about 4)
- 2 c green beans (1 can)
- 1 clove garlic (optional)
- 3 c beef broth (2 cans OK)
- 1 large can Pastene Kitchen Ready tomatoes (chunky is good too)
- 1/2 c soup mac
- 1/2 c rice, orzo or other small mac
- (or 1 cups of all one kind)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
