Macaroni Dandy Salad

Great summer side dish - I usually double all ingredients
- 8 ounces (2 cups) elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp celery seed (I never use this)
- 1 tomato diced
- 1 cup diced celery
- 3 tbsp chopped pimento (chop 4-5 whole green olives)
- 2 tbsp chopped green pepper
- 5-6 chopped black olives

1. Combine dry ingredients and set aside 2

- 2 1/4 cups unsifted flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- Butters and Sugars
- 1 cup softened butter or margarine
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- Chocolate Chips

- 1 can Progresso Minestrone soup
- 1 can corn
- 1 can diced tomatos
- 1 can mixed veggies
- 1 can red, black or white beans (your choice)

- 1 can corn

- Mix well in large soup kettle and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for a while to blend flavours
- 6 Can Soup Ingredients
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can sliced potatoes
- 1 can corn niblets
- 1 can peas
- 1 can cut-green beans
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Recipe
- Add all ingredients, including liquid from cans, to crockpot. Cook on low 4-5 hours
- 1 point per serving
