Cranberry Pumpkin Bread

Uses Fresh Cranberries - yummy
- 1 3/4 C flour
- 1 cup ugars
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1/2 C oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 C Fresh or Frozen Cranberries (coursely chopped)
Guacamole

Mash the ingredients together in a med bowl Yield 1 cups
- 2 Haas avocados, scooped
- 1 seeded chopped jalapeno
- 3 tbl chopped red onion
- 2 tbl diced tomato
- 1 tbl chopped cilanatro
- Spash of green jalapeno pepper Tabasco
- salt and pepper to taste

- Single Recipe
- 1 package (16 ounce) frozen broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroon soup (don't use low salt/low fat/light)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1 small onion grated
- 1 cup grated sharp cheese
- 1/2 pkg herb stuffing (if doubling recipe - don't double stuffing)
- 1/4 cup melted butter or margerine

- 2 tbs salad oil
- 1 bottom round roast
- 2 med onions
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 cup cooking wine (used 1/4 c cooking sherry)
- 2 10 3/4-ounce cans beef consomme (or 2 cans beef broth)
- 2 cups water (optional)
- 2 tsp flour (may add 1 more tablespoon if you add extra water)
- 2 tbls butter
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 1/8 tsp pepper

- 10 oz low sodium beef broth
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp majoram
- 1/3 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 C dry red table wine
- 2 cups peeled potatoes, cubed
- 1 C chopped celery
- 4 med carrots, sliced
- 3 small onions, quartered
