Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites | Hello Healthy

Directions Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (or other seed/nut butter)
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds (or nut of your choice)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips

- 1/4 cup uncooked old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/3 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1-1/2 teaspoons dried chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup (more or less to taste)
- 1/4 cup blueberries (or enough to fill jar)
Tonia's Sugar Cookies

For Cookies: in the mixer
- Cookie Ingredients:
- 3 c flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1 c softened margarine
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 3 T light cream ( i use 2% milk)
- 1 1/2 t. vanilla
- Frosting:
- 3 cups of powdered sugar
- 1-2 t. vanilla
- 1/4 c. to 1/3 c. margarine (that would be 1/2 stick or slightly more than a 1/2 STICK)
- and add milk for consistency.
Turkey Tetrazini

1. Place butter in 2 quart casserole
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose four
- 1 tsp instant chicken bouillon
- 1/4 tsp sald
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup not water
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
- 3 cups spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 2 cups cut-up cooked trukey or checken
- 1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 Tbls dried parsely flackes
- 2 Tbls. sherry
- 2 Tbls. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbls. shredded cheddar cheese
Pork Chops with Pomegranate and Fennel Salsa

Although this recipe calls for panfried porkchops, I always BBQ mine
- 1 lb fennel bulb (sometimes called anise), stalks cut off and discarded
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds (from 1 large pomegranate)
- 2 scallions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon seasoned rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 (1/2- to 3/4-inch-thick) pork chops

- 6-8 slices of bacon, diced and cooked crispy
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, soft
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 - 6 jalapeno's, chopped and deseeded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup diced green onion
- 1 cup crushed crackers ( I used Ritz)
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 stick of butter, melted

- 8 oz pancetta, diced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 medium carrots, diced
- 2 medium celery stalks, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh sage
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
- 5 cups cubed day-old ciabatta or focaccia
- 1 cup turkey stock
- 2 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley
- 1 tsp kosher salt
