Cream Cheese Frosting for Mega Cake

1. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl till smooth
- 2 8 oz packages cream cheese
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 1 pound boxes powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- dash salt
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans (reserved from Hummingbird Cake recipe)
- Servings: 16

- Serving size: 1/16 of a recipe (3.5 ounces).
- Tips
- This makes a massive amount of frosting. You can probably cut it to about 3/4 of a recipe and be just fine.
