Roasted Blueberry and Gorgonzola Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Preheat oven to 425°. Place blueberries in a single layer on a small baking sheet

Shrimp De Jonghe

1. Mince the Garlic and work it into the softened butter
- 2 lb shrimp
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 lb butter
- 2 Tbs parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp chervil
- 2 Tbs green onion, sliced
- 1 tsp tarragon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- pinch mace
- pinch nutmeg
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs

Caramelized Pineapple With Coconut Sorbet

- 1/2 pineapple, cored and cut into 8 half-moons (or 4 canned pineapple rings, cut in half)

- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup sour cream, dairy or non-dairy OR non-dairy vanilla or plain yogurt
- 2 2 2 large eggs or favorite substitute
- 1 1 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup pure maple syrup or agave or coconut nectar
- 1 3/4 1 3/4 to cups cooked quinoa, cold (cook according to package directions)
- 1/2 1/2 3 cup + 3 Tbs (95 grams) gfJules™ All Purpose Gluten Free Flour
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 2 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup prepared coffee or choice of milk (dairy or non-dairy)

I have been searching for an "Authentic" sauce recipe for a long time
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 ⁄2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 ⁄4 cup celery, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced

- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste

- 2 1/4 2 1/4 1/4 tsp. (1 packet) rapid rise yeast (Red Star® Quick Rise Yeast)
- 1 1/3 1 1/3 1 cups plus 1 tablespoon (190 grams) gfJules™ All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 2 2 Tbs. honey or light agave nectar
- 1 1 3 egg (mix yolk and white together before adding) or egg substitute (1 Tbs. flaxseed meal steeped in 3 Tbs. warm water)
- to oil or melted butter or non-dairy alternative to brush onto rolls (Earth Balance® Buttery Sticks)
- fresh rosemary, sage, garlic, sesame seeds … or other herbs or seeds for flavoring of choice (optional)
