  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

  • Also the original called for the meat to be shaped around skewers. I did this the first and came to the conclusion it was done for presentation for the contest. Too much work for me. The little loaves work just fine!
