- 1 c. Brown Sugar
- 1/4 c. Chopped Walnuts
- 1/2 c. Butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 3 c. Sliced fresh/frozen Strawberries

- Ingredients
- 8 9-inch for two 8 or 9-inch round pans
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups (202.5 grams) gfJules™ All Purpose Gluten Free Flour
- 1 1 1 cup minus 1 Tbs. granulated cane sugar
- 2 2 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 tsp. baking soda
- 2 2 4 eggs or substitute (for white cake, use 4 egg whites instead)
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup mild flavored vegetable oil of choice (safflower, non-GMO canola, extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil melted, etc.)
- 1 1 1 Tbs. white vinegar
- 1 1 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy; skim or fat-free not recommended)
- 1/4 1/4 3 add 1/4 cup cocoa, 1/4 cup additional milk, and 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup

- 2 slices bacon, diced
- 2 7 oz. cans minced clams
- 1 potato, diced
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped

Black Bean & Corn Salad

Seed and finely dice the Serrano pepper
- 1.5 cups Black beans, drained and rinsed (1 can)
- 2 cups canned corn, drained
- Bell Peppers, combination of red, green and yellow is best, use 1/3 each
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 Tbs. chopped Cilantro
- 2 small Serrano peppers, finely chopped
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 2 Tbs. Red wine vinegar
- 1.5 tsp. lemon juice
- .25 tsp kosher salt
- .12 tsp, red pepper flakes
- .5 tsp ground coriander
- .5 tsp. cumin

Split pea and ham soup (slow cooker)

- 12 tablespoons (168 g) unsalted butter, chopped
- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 2 1/2 cups (350 g) all purpose gluten free flour (I used Better Batter)
- 1 1/4 teaspoons xanthan gum (omit if your blend already contains it)
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup (40 g) unsweetened cocoa powder (I have used both Dutch-processed and natural cocoa powders—both work fine)
- 1 1/2 cups (300 g) granulated sugar
- 2 eggs (120 g, weighed out of shell) + 1 egg yolk at room temperature, beaten
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups (14 fluid ounces) buttermilk, at room temperature (try souring some almond milk if you need dairy-free)

- 1/3 cup warm water (110° F)
- 1 Tbs. honey or agave nectar
- 1 1 3 egg substitute like 1 Tbs. flaxseed meal steeped in 3 Tbs. warm water)
- oil for brushing on top of pretzels
- (2/3 cup baking soda for soda bath)
- butter or non-dairy alternative for brushing on top of pretzels (Earth Balance® Buttery Spread)
