1. Make Garlic-Mustard Butter: Combine butter, mustard and garlic
- Garlic-Mustard Butter:
- 1 package pork tenderloins (about 2 pounds)
- 8 sliced bacon
- wooden skewers or toothpicks
- nonstick cooking spray
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup (1/2 stick) butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Chicken Monte Carlo

1. Cook the broccoli till tender but not too soft
- FOR THE SAUCE:
- 2 10 oz packages Frozen broccoli
- 1 chicken, cooked and sliced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1/2 pound Fresh Mushrooms, sliced and sautéed.
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 3/4 cup chicken stock or cream
- Servings: 6
- Oven Temperature: 350°F

- Serving size: 1/6 of a recipe (10.7 ounces).
- Tips
- You can use a rotisserie chicken from the market to save time. This was not an option when my Mom made this dish!
- The sauce calls for Chicken broth or cream Recipe says you can use a can or two of broth and add cream to equal the 2 3/4 cups called for.

Mystery Spice Cake

- Optional:
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons ground allspice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cans (10 3/4 ounces each) condensed tomato soup
- 1 stick of butter, melted.
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 eggs; beat well and add to water
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 cups finely chopped fresh apple, about 2 medium
- For the Icing
- 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
- Optional: 1 cup chopped, toasted and slightly salted pecans

- 1 (21-ounce) can blueberry pie filling
- 1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (6-ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- Home made Blueberry sauce can be used instead of canned stuff.
