Potato-Cauliflower Mash

1.) In a large saucepan over high heat, bring potatoes and enough salted water to cover to a boil
- 1 1/2 lbs Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 head cauliflower (about 1 1/2 lbs), cut into florets
- 5 scallions, thinly sliced (about 1 cup)
- 1/2 cup sour cream, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Flat Belly - Mongolian Beef Stir Fry

- 3 oz bean thread noodles
- 1 lb flank steak, cut across the grain into 1/4"-thick strips
- 2 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp dry sherry (optional) divided
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp peanut oil, divided
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 4 oz shiitake mushrooms, stemmed and thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced diagonally
- 12 Scallions, chopped
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp chili-garlic sauce

- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour

- 3 1/2 cups rhubarb, chopped (3 medium stalks)
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

Angel Food Cake w/Strawberry-Blueberry Sauce

- 2 tsp vanilla extract

- 12 oz whole-wheat spaghetti
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced,lengthwise
- 4 garlic cloves, minced or thinly sliced crosswise
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 (13.75oz) can artichoke hearts, drained, rinsed, and quartered lengthwise
- 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, halved lengthwise
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta or grated parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, julienned or torn

- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 8 oz container sour cream
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 pkg Good Season's Italian Seasoning
- 1 can (6.5 oz) small shrimp. (liquid reserved)
