- 6 oz vodka
- 3 small passionfruit, halved
- 1 scoop cracked ice
- 1 oz cointreau
- ice cubes, as needed

- 4 cup whole milk
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 4 tablespoon clam juice
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)

- 3 c fontina cheese, grated

- 1 green bell pepper, cored, seeded & chopped
- 1 stalk celery, roughly chopped

- 3 cup dry white wine

- 1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes
