  • 3 clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 small shallot, peeled and minced
  • 2 tablespoon fresh oregano leaves, minced
  • 3 ears of fresh corn kernels
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon flat leaf parsley, minced
  • fresh cracked pepper (asneeded)
