Mrs. Hoggle's Stuffed Cranberry Sauce

- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Banana Bread

Mixed Bean Casserole

- 3 slices bacon, cut up
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 31-oz. can pork and beans in tomato sauce
- 16-oz. can kidney beans, drained
- 15-oz. can lima beans, or butter beans, drained
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 3 Tbsp. ketchup
Apple Pie Enchilada

Clams in a Butter Wine Sauce with Herbs

- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons shallots, minced
- 3 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red crushed pepper
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 3 dozen littleneck clams, scrubbed and cleaned
- 2 tablespoons tarragon
- 2 tablespoons mint
- 1 baguette, cut on a bias and toasted
Scratch Pancakes

1 Mix the dry items first
- 2 cups flour
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 2 eggs, beat them separately before adding to mixture
- 1/4 cup butter, melted (1/8 of a pound)
- 3 tablespoons sugar

Quesadillas

Heat a large skillet over medium heat then spray with nonstick spray
- 4 burrito-sized flour tortillas
- 1-1/3 cups shredded monterrey jack cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes (about 1 vine-ripened tomato)
- 1/2 cup seasoned black beans (sometimes sold as Cuban or Southwestern,) drained but not rinsed
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh corn, thawed
- Other optional toppings: fresh or pickled jalapenos, green Tabasco sauce, chopped cilantro
Peach Roasted Turkey

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup yellow onion, chopped
- 6 large peaches, 4 pitted and chopped, 2 pitted and quartered
- 2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 lemons, quartered
- 1 small bunch thyme
- 1 small bunch rosemary
- 1 (12-14 lbs) whole turkey
