Sausage and Gravy Skillet Pizza

Combine 1 cup flour, undissolved yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl
- Pizza Crust
- 1-3/4 to 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 envelope Fleischmann's® Pizza Crust Yeast
- 1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup very warm water (120° to 130°F)*
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 package Jimmy Dean ®Hearty Sausage Crumbles, Original Flavor
- 1 cup Francesco Rinaldi® Four Cheese Alfredo Sauce
- 4 hard cooked eggs, peeled, sliced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded, chopped OR 2 to 3 tablespoons finely chopped jarred jalapeno peppers (optional)
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Ham and Garlic

Preheat oven to 425°
- 1 (1-ounce) slice white bread
- 3 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1/4 cup finely chopped country ham (about 1 ounce)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice $
- 1 teaspoon olive oil $
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- Cooking spray
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh Parmesan cheese $
Apple & Veggie Sausage Breakfast Sandwich

Toast bread. Microwave sausage patty until hot, about 30 seconds, or according to package directions
- 2 slices cinnamon-raisin bread, preferably whole-wheat
- 1 frozen vegetarian sausage patty
- 1 teaspoon raspberry jam
- 4 thin slices apple
- 2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
Un-Stuffed Cabbage Soup With Meatballs

For the meatballs: In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, rice, salt, pepper, cumin and onions
- Soup:
- 2 pounds ground meat (or your favorite blend of veal, pork and beef)
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 medium onion, minced
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic (about 3 cloves)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup coarsely minced onion
- 1 cup thinly sliced carrots
- 1 cup tomato paste
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- One 28-ounce can whole peeled tomatoes with juice
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 medium cabbage
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- Sour cream and fresh dill, for garnish
Golden Cauliflower

1. Place cauliflower in slow cooker
- 2 10-oz. pkgs. frozen cauliflower, chopped, thawed
- 8-oz. jar cheese sauce
- 4 slices bacon, crisply browned and crumbled
Raspberry Vanilla Lemonade

Combine sugar, raspberries, and vanilla in a large pitcher or bowl
- 1 cup turbinado sugar (sugar in the raw; substitute granulated white sugar)
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice or lime
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 vanilla bean, split (optional)
- 2 cups ice

- Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Jimmy Dean® Original Flavor Pork Sausage Roll, cooked, crumbled, drained
- 1 pkg. (17.3 ounces) frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 2 large golden delicious apples, peeled, chopped
- 1/2 cup sweetened cranberries 2 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 6 eggs, beaten 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup ricotta cheese 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided 1 egg, beaten
Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
CHEESE SPREAD WITH CRAB OR LOBSTER

Mix all ingredients together and serve with crackers or bread
- 1 small pkg. cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 can crab or lobster
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce or ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Grated onion
- Clove garlic
Liver and Onions

Preheat a skillet a little over medium setting
- Flour
- Beef, chicken or lamb liver, what ever is your favorite
- 4 to 5 large sweet onions, halved and sliced thin
- Olive oil, enough to cover the bottom of your skillet
- 1/2 cup butter, divided, 1 stick
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cast Iron or your favorite heavy skillet
