Cook beef in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat, stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink; drain
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 (8-ounce) package sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 (26-ounce) jars tomato-basil pasta sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (20-ounce) package refrigerated four-cheese ravioli
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Pecans

n a large mixing bowl and add brussels sprouts with olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper
- 2 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut into halves
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
- 4 T olive oil
- 2 T Fresh Rosemary, chopped
- 4 T Romano, Freshly grated
- 4 T Whole Roasted and Salted Pecans, roughly chopped
- Kosher Salt and Freshly ground Pepper to taste
Citrus Cake with Key-Lime Glaze

prepare a Bundt cake pan with nonstick spray
- For the Key-Lime Glaze:
- 1 1/4 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 3 eggs, at room temperature
- Vanilla pod, split and seeds removed
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons double acting baking powder
- Pinch salt
- Zest and juice of 2 oranges, (2/3 cup)
- 1 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
- 1/4 cup key lime juice
