- 1 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. each of lemon juice and Dijon-style mustard
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 c. sunflower or safflower oil

Strawberry Pretzel Squares

- 2 c. pretzels, finely crushed
- 1/2 c. sugar, divided
- 2/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 12 oz. (1 1/2 8-oz. pkgs.) cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 8-oz. pkg. strawberry jello
- 1 1/2 c. cold water
- 4 c. sliced strawberries (1 qt.)
Strawberry Cucumber Salad

- 1 Pint Strawberries, sliced in circles
- 1 Large or 2 small Cucumbers, peeled leaving occasional strips of peel on, sliced in circles
- 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
Irish Cream

- 1 1/2 c. Irish whiskey or bourbon
- 1 can sweet condensed milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. coconut extract
- 1 Tbsp. chocolate extract
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 pt. whipping cream

- 2 (16 ounce) pkgs pre-made pizza dough or homemade pizza dough
- 1 (7 oz) pkg sliced pepperoni
- 1 (8 oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1 cup lavender flowers
- 2 cups cold water
