Hamburger Corn Bake

Makes 8-10 servings!
- 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 12-oz. can corn
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. chopped can pimento
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 6 oz. (3 c.) med. noodles
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
Sour Cream Potato Salad II

Make enough ahead to chill thoroughly
- 4 c. diced cooked potatoes
- 1/2 c. diced cucumber
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 hard cooked eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonaisse or salad dressing
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. regular mustard
Blitz Torte

Lazy Pierogi

- 1 pkg. cooked egg noodles
- 1 jar sauerkraut
- 1 whole onion, sliced
- 1 can each of cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soups

Never-Fail Meringue

Beat egg whites until stiff, then add 1/2 c
- 3 egg whites
- 3 scant tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
Crockpot Potatoes

- potatoes, peeled and quartered, enough to fill crockpot
- salted water
- 1 med. tub sour cream
- 5 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 5-6 Tbsp. dried chives
- Salt & pepper to taste
Tuna Mold

- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 can tuna
- 1 c. very finely grated carrots
- 1 c. very finely grated apples
- 1/2 c. finely grated celery
- 2 Tbsp. finely grated green pepper
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 c. salad dressing (like Miracle Whip)
Old-Fashioned Rice Pudding

- 1 c. rice
- 6 c. milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. sugar

Potato Dumplings

Mix riced (diced) potatoes with unbeaten egg, four, and seasonings
- 3 c. riced potatoes (2-3 medium-sized potoatoes)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 24 browned croutons

- sweetened german chocolate (green packaging), broken into pieces

- (two 24 oz. pkgs.) white almond bark, broken into pieces [there are several different brands, you'll just have to use the brand found in your area. manufacturer's have lowered the ounces in some packaging, so use the equivlaent of 3 lbs.
- (some packages of almond bark may have candy coating on the package)
