Delicious Clam Chowder

- 1 can of cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 can Snow clam chowder, cream-style
- 1 or 2 cans 6 oz. chopped clams
- 1 or 2 soup cans milk
Garlic Parmesan Pull-Apart Bread

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 1 can of refrigerated Grands biscuits (not the flaky layers)
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning (I omitted)
White Chocolate Rocky Road

OH MY GOSH! ....looks surprisingly simple to make!
- 14 oz. good quality White Chocolate (you may use Dairy Free White Chocolate, but follow the manufacturer's directions for melting rather than ours)
- 2 oz. pistachios, lightly toasted*
- 2 oz. macadamia nuts*
- 6 oz. multi colored marshmallows
- 3 oz. fruit flavored, multi colored jelly candies
- 3 oz. dried cranberries
Angel Food Pie

Beat 4 whites of eggs until almost stiff
- Filling:
- Baked pie shell
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Topping:
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- Optional ground nuts
Salmon Patties

- 1 lb. can salmon
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. onion juice
- 2 tsp. chopped parsley
- sal and pepper
Noodle and Tuna Casserole

Put first ingredients in casserole and pour cream sauce over top
- Cream Sauce:
- 1 5-oz. pkg. egg noodles
- 1 7-oz can white tuna
- 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 3/4 - 2 c. milk
- 1/8 lb. strong American cheese
- Bread crumbs
Frozen Cheese Salad

- 1 small can shredded pineapple
- 1/2 lb. marshmallows, cut fine
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream

- Skinless chicken breasts
- 2-14oz cans water packed artichoke hearts, drained & lightly chopped
- 3/4 Cup parmesan cheese
- 3/4 Cup mayonnaise
- Dash of garlic powder
- Enough Angel Hair pasta for 2-4 servings (depending on appetite) and cooked according to package directions.

- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 or 3 Tbsp. sugar

- 2 Tbsp. oil

Taco Salad Gourmet Style

Fry hamburger and follow directions on taco pkg
- 1 lrg. head lettuce, chilled
- 1 5-oz. can black olives, sliced
- 2 lrg. tomatoes, chunked
- 1 lrg. sweet onion, diced
- 1 15-oz. red kidney beans, drained
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 14-oz. Dorito chips, slightly crushed
- 1 lb. lean hamburger, fried and drained
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 sm. bottle chutney or French dressing
- 1/2 c. hot salsa
- Sour cream (optional)
