Shirmp Salad Mold

Heat tomato juice, add ke;;p and lemon juice
- 2 cans shrimp
- 1 small jar sour pickles (cut into pieces)
- 1 c. celery - diced
- 2 pkg. lemon jello
- Juice of one lemon
- 3 1/2 c. tomato juice
Tomato Potato Salad

Halve potatoes and stem for eight to 10 mins
- 1 lb. new potatoes (10-14 little ones)
- 1 lb. ripe tomatoes, cut into chunks
- 1/4 c. minced fresh basil or other herb
- 2 tsp. olive oil
Bean Salad

- 1 can green beans
- 1 can yellow beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- chopped onions
- chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. sugar

- 1/2 c. butter

- 4 egg yolks, beaten

Easy Lasagne Swirls

Optional: add 1 lb. lean ground beef, cooked and drained, to the filling mixture
- 16 lasagne noodles
- Boiling salted water
- 2 pkgs. (10 oz. ea.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and moisture squeezed out
- 2 c. (6 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 2/3 c. ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp. each salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lrg. onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. olive or salad oil
- 2 lrg. (15 oz. ea.) tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. dry red wine
- 1/2 tsp. each dry basil and oregano leaves.

- 1 c. diced onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 lb. diced bacon
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 c. sour cream
- Hot buttered noodles or rice
Potato Mushroom Pie

Season the meat, add the mined onion and brown in hot fat
- 2 c. diced cooked meat
- 2 Tbsp. fat or shortening
- 1 small onion
- Biscuit dough
- 1 can potato mushroom soup
- 1 c. cooked peas
- 1 c. cooked sliced carrots
Oriental Chicken Salad

"This became a quick favorite with our family
- Optional:
- 1 med. to lrg. head of cabbage, finely chopped
- 3-4 chicken breasts, pre-cooked and cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds, peanuts
- Dressing:
- 1 c. oil
- 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
- 2 packets Chicken Ramen
- Salt and pepper to taste
Starbuck's Lemon Loaf

- Glaze:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs, room temp
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup oil
- zest of one lemon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Wash chicken breasts; drain and pat dry
- 3 broiler-fryer chicken breasts
- 1/3 c. finely chopped mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. blanched, slivered almonds
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 3/4 c. crushed potato chips
- 3 slices bacon
- paprika
- Toasted slivered almonds
