Mom's Caramels

In a heavy saucepan, melt butter
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 2 C light corn syrup
- 2 C sugar
- 2 cans (15-oz. size) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 C sifted flour
- 1 t vanilla
Kahlua Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake

Grease and flour bundt cake pan
- Cake:
- 1 Devil’s Food cake mix with pudding
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 C oil
- 1/2 C Kahlua
- 12-oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Frosting:
- 1/4 C cocoa
- 3 T butter
- 11/3 C confectioners sugar
- 1/2 of 1/3 C milk
- 1 t vanilla
Banana French Toast

HEAT oven to 350 F. PLACE four slices of raisin bread in a single layer in a buttered 9-inch square baking dish
- 8 slices Sun-Maid Raisin Bread
- 2 medium bananas cut in 1/4-inch slices
- 1 cup milk
- 4 ounces softened cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar (optional)
Warm Chicken Salad Pie

This is rich & delicious! Serve with fresh fruit or a green salad and you'll have a lovely meal!
- Salad:
- 2 C diced chicken
- 2 green onion stalks
- 1/2 C pecans, chopped
- 1 C celery, chopped
- 1/2 C shredded cheese
- 1 C potato chips
- 9 " pie shell, baked
- Dressing:
- 1 C mayonnaise
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
Strawberry Snickers Trifle

Slice strawberries. Chop Snickers bars into small pieces
- Box brownie mix or pound cake, your flavor preference. You may not choose to use the entire pan depending on how large the bowl.
- Fresh strawberries, sliced
- Carmel Ice Cream Topping
- Chocolate Syrup *optional for extra chocolate
- Instant Vanilla pudding (or homemade)
- 3 Snickers Candy Bars, chopped
- Cool Whip (or homemade whip cream)
Savory Chicken Breasts

Double recipe for Christmas dinner
- 6 chicken breast filets
- salt and peper to taste
- 6 slices prosciutto
- 12 slices thin sliced Swiss cheese
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup dry Italian bread crumbs OR Ritz crackers OR dry stuffing mix
- 3 T butter, melted
Hot & Delicious Dump Cake

- 1 or 2 cans pie filling (cherry or other flavor)
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1/2 lb. melted butter
- pecan pieces
- whipped cream OR vanilla ice cream
Creamed Corn

Combine all ingredients except butter and flour
- 24 oz. fresh or frozen corn-large kernel
- 8 oz. whipping cream
- 8 oz. half and half
- 1 t salt
- 1 t sugar
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 T melted butter
- 2 T flour
Coca-Cola Chocolate Pan Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Cake:
- 2 C flour
- 2 C sugar
- 1 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 1/2 C mini-marshmallows
- 1 C butter, cup up
- 1 C Coca-Cola
- 1/4 C unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 C buttermilk (or use 1T vinegar to 1/2C milk)
- 2 large eggs, well beaten
- 1 t vanilla
- Frosting:
- 1/2 C butter, cup up
- 1/3 C Coca-Cola
- 1/4 C unsweetened cocoa
- 1 t vanilla
- 16 oz. confectioners sugar, sifted
Harvest Bark

Spread out broken gingersnaps and gingersnap cream cookies in a large rimmed baking sheet, lined with parchment
- gingersnap cookies broken into pieces
- gingersnap cream filled cookies, broken in half
- pecans
- caramel square candy, wrappers removed
- toffee bits
- WILBUR’S CHOCOLATE CONFECTION WAFERS, melted
- ( if you can’t find Wilbur’s use chocolate chips)
- M&M’s~ fall colors
- butterscotch chips
- WILBUR’S WHITE CHOCOLATE CONFECTION WAFERS, melted
- (if you cant find Wilbur’s use white chocolate chips)
- fall sprinkles (I used little orange pumpkins)
