Mexican Salad Dressing
By Pebbles-2
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, or which together in a bowl
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons minced onion
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Chunky Monkey Brownies

Mix butter, eggs, sugars, salt and vanilla with an electric mixer until well mixed
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup banana, mashed with a fork (about one medium-large banana)
- 1 C chocolate chips
- 1 C pb chips
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips for the top
- 1/4 C pb chips for the top
Pecan Pear Muffins

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups chopped peeled ripe pears (about 6 medium--can use canned pears)
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Garlic Salad Dressing

Place all ingredients into small jar that has a lid
- 3/4 cup olive oil or vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, pressed or chopped very finely
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Double Delicious Cookie Bars

Preheat oven to 350 (325 for glass dish)
- 1/2 C butter
- 11/2 C graham cracker crumbs
- 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 12-oz. chocolate chips
- 1 bag Reese’s peanut butter chips
7UP Biscuits

- 2 cups Bisquick
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup 7-up
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Mrs. Fields’ Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat oven to 375. Cream butter and sugars together
- 2 C. butter
- 2 C. sugar
- 2 C. brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 t. vanilla
- 4 C. flour
- 5 C. oatmeal, ground in blender
- 2 t. Baking powder
- 2 t. Baking soda
- 24 oz. chocolate chips
- 8 oz. Hershey bar, chopped
Grilled Shrimp Tacos

Preheat your outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium-high
- 1 pound of peeled and deveined shrimp
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 package of cabbage/slaw mix (found by the prepackaged salads)
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 lime, quartered
- a drizzle of Ranch dressing
- Crushed up tortilla chips or little tortilla strips
- Tortillas
Chilled Swiss Oatmeal

Healthy and tasty breakfast that is easy to take with you
- 1 cup uncooked old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup skim milk, substitute almond or soy milk if you like
- 3/4 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt, substitute soy, or Greek, or whatever type you like best
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon dried currants
- 1/2 Granny Smith apple, cored, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 banana, chopped
- Dollop of yogurt to top each serving
- 1 tablespoon toasted almonds, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
