Root Beer Tostadas

Preheat a heavy pot with EVOO over medium-high heat
- 1 (2-3 pound) brisket
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
- Salt and Pepper
- 6 tablespoons Chili powder
- 1 (2 liter) bottle of Root Beer (or several cans)
- Tostada shells
- 2 limes, quartered
- Caramelized onions, Tab's Guacamole, salsa and/or Monterey Jack Cheese to garnish
Mexican Chicken Chili

In your slow cooker, layer all of your ingredients (except for the garnishes)
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast (uncooked)
- 1 (15 oz) can of Great Northern beans, drained
- 2 (4 oz) cans chopped green chiles
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (1 oz) package of taco seasoning
- 2 cups chicken stock
- Tortilla chips, cheddar cheese, chopped green onions and/or sour cream to garnish
Pumpkin Spice Sugar Scrub

Mix ingredients all together and put in plastic containers to keep in shower
- 2 C brown sugar
- 1 C granulated sugar
- 2 T pumpkin pie spice
- 1 1/2 C baby oil

Melt chocolate and shortening over a double boiler, stirring to melt
- 3 cups good quality chopped milk chocolate
- 4 tablespoons shortening
- 12 halved graham crackers
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
Christina's Salad Dressing

- 1/2 C olive oil
- 1/4 C white balsamic vinegar
- 1 t dijon mustard
- 1 t sugar
- 1 t salt
- 1 t pepper
Easy Sweet Corn Cake

- 1 Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 Can Cream Style Corn
- I stick Melted Butter
- 2 T sugar

- 1 lb. cooked tri-color curly pasta
- 6 oz. pkg. Gallo salami, cut in strips
- 1 green diced bell pepper
- 1/2 pkg. diced mushrooms
- 3.8 oz. can sliced black olives
- 1/2 lb. cubed Jack cheese (small cubes)
