Lemonade Ice Cream Pie

Place piecrusts in freezer
- 2-6 oz. ready to fill graham cracker crusts
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream (French vanilla or vanilla bean flavor works best) softened
- 1 can (12 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 tub (16 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
Mexican Macaroni Salad

Grill the corn on a grill pan, or just place it in a hot skillet to brown some of the kernels
- FOR THE SALAD:
- 1 pound Elbow Macaroni, Cooked To Package Instructions, Drained, And Rinsed With Cold Water
- 2 ears Fresh Corn, Husks And Silks Removed
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans (or Kidney Beans), Drained And Rinsed
- 1/2 cup Chopped Black Olives
- 6 whole Roma Tomatoes (or 2 Large Tomatoes), Chopped
- 3 whole Green Onions, Sliced Thin
- 1/2 whole Red Onions, Finely Diced
- Chopped Cilantro (optional)
- FOR THE DRESSING:
- 1 cup Jarred Salsa (spicy Is Best!)
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced Or Pressed
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 2 Limes, Juiced (optional)
Copycat Payday Candy Bars

1. Line a 9x9-inch pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil
- 1 (14-ounce) can dulce de leche
- 32 ounces (4 cups) salty roasted peanuts, divided
- 4 tablespoons (1/4 cup) unsalted butter
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Potato Chip Crab Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 10 ozs. uncooked penne pasta
- 1 C dry white wine
- 1 C mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 2 t dried dillweed
- 2 C shredded Swiss cheese
- 16 oz. crab (Costco)
- 4 C potato chips, crushed
Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole

This is a Christmas Eve morning tradition at our home
- 1 pound hot pork sausage
- 1 Tbsp dried minced onion flakes
- 2 1/2 cups frozen cubed hash browns
- 5 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Toppings: picante sauce or green hot sauce, sour cream
Snickers Bar Trifle

Cut your prepared brownies into about 1 inch chunks (I used about 3/4 of an 8 x 8 inch pan) and set aside
- 1 whole Pan Prepared Brownies (8 Inch By 8 Inch Or Larger)
- 2 packages Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix (Approx 3.5 Oz Each Pkg)
- 4 cups Cold Milk (for Pudding Mix)
- 1 pint Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 3 whole Snickers Bars (2 Oz Each)
- 1 jar Caramel Sauce (8 Oz Or Larger)
Loaded Pasta Salad

Serve this with some crunchy French or sourdough bread
- 1 pound tri-color rotini pasta
- 1-6 oz. package salami, cut into bite size pieces
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 package sliced mushrooms, cut into bite size pieces
- 1-3.8 oz. can sliced black olives
- 1/2 lb. monterey jack cheese, cut into bite size cubes
- 1 C rotisserie chicken, chopped into bite size pieces
- 11/2 C Bernstein's Italian dressing
MOPS Turtle Brownies

- 1-14 oz. package caramels
- 2/3 C evaporated milk
- 1 box German Chocolate Cake mix
- 3/4 C butter, softened
- 1 C pecans

- 3.9 oz. box chocolate instant pudding

- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
- 4-6 ounces pepper jack cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 8 corn tortillas
- Hot sauce
