Blueberries & Cream Oatmeal

Soak oatmeal in any kind of milk over night
- 1/2 cup Oatmeal
- 20 Blueberries
- 2 T Greek Yogurt
- 1 t Vanilla Extract
- 1 t Honey
BBQ Meatballs

Combine all meatball ingredients and mix well
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups oats (quick-cooking or old fashioned — can also substitute bread crumbs)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 pounds raw ground beef (since you’ll be freezing this recipe uncooked, you’ll want to make sure the meat is fresh, not frozen)
20-Minute Mac 'N' Cheese

It’s best to shred your own block of cheese, especially if using a reduced-fat product
- 2 C milk
- 6 T butter, cut into pieces
- 6 T all purpose flour
- 8 oz. shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 t ground pepper
- 1 lb. cavatappi pasta
- 1 1/2 C panko bread crumbs
- 1 t olive oil
Homemade Madagascar Vanilla

- 8 oz. Madagascar Vanilla Beans (can get from Amazon.com or Beanilla.com)
- 1.75 liters inexpensive Vodka
- 2-2 quart mason jars
- 24-4 oz. amber glass bottles (can get from Amazon.com, Beanilla.com or mountainroseherbs.com)
7 Up Cake

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 3 sticks Butter
- 3 C Sugar
- 5 whole Eggs
- 1 t Butter Flavoring
- 2 t Lemon Flavoring
- 3 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 cup Sprite, 7-UP, Or Sierra Mist

- 2 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut Into small pieces
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 T Seasoned Salt

- 2 Tablespoons Water

- 3 cups nonfat beef broth (beef is the best)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 cups chopped cabbage
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 1/2 cup chopped carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 cup grated zucchini
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano

Easy Ravioli Bake

- 1 jar (26 to 28 ounces) tomato pasta sauce (your favorite)
- 1 package (25 -27 ounces) frozen cheese-filled ravioli
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or your favorite)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- diced onions, peppers, olives, mushrooms, even spinach (optional)
- Italian Seasoning (optional)

- 1 lemon, juiced
