- 1 package (12 ounces) chicken cutlet patties
- 7 ounces mixed salad greens (about 8 cups)
- 2 Gala apples, cored and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2/3 cup glazed walnuts
- 1/2 cup bottled balsamic vinaigrette
- 8 teaspoons shredded Asiago cheese
Spinach Artichoke Pasta

- 6 Tablespoons Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic, Finely Minced
- 2 bags Baby Spinach
- 2 cans Artichoke Hearts, Drained And Halved
- 3 Tablespoons Flour
- 3 cups Whole Milk
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1-1/2 cup Mozzarella Or Monterey Jack Cheese, Grated
- 1/2 cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth (less Or More)
- 12 ounces, weight Penne, Cooked Until Al Dente
- 1/2 cup Seasoned Panko Breadcrumbs
- Crushed Red Pepper, To Taste

- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 pound flank steak
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package (8.5 ounces) pre-cooked jasmine rice (such as Uncle Bens Ready Rice)
- 4 cups shredded napa cabbage
- 1 medium-size cucumber, peeled, seeded and cut into 1/4-inch-thick half-moons
- 4 scallions, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons chopped basil

- 2 C butter, softened
- 1 C confectioners' sugar
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 3-1/2 C all-purpose flour
- 1 C chopped pecans
- 8 ounces white candy coating, coarsely chopped
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candy

- 1 bag (3 1/2 ounces) boil-in-bag brown rice
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 ripe avocado, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 6 soft taco-size flour tortillas
- 1 cup pepper Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 can (15 1/2 ounce) black beans, drained and rinsed

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1-stick), melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- Heaping 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter, use Jiff, Skippy, etc.; don't use homemade or natural it is too runny
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Peanut Butter M&Ms or Peanut, Plain, or favorite variety
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or chunks, or a combination
- 1/2 cup Reese's Peanut Butter Chips
- 1/3 cup Heath Bar Toffee Bits
