Bacon Ranch Foil Packet Potatoes

For your next camping trip, bring the ingredients to make these scrumptious bacon ranch potatoes and make them over
- 3 sheets heavy-duty foil
- 10 to 12 baby red potatoes, thinly sliced
- 6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Sour cream for serving, if desired
Hearty Hamburger Soup

- 1 - 1/2 lbs Ground Beef. (Ground Chuck is better)
- 1 onion
- 4 carrots (more if you like)
- 3 Celery ribs thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Barley. (1 cup if you like it thicker)
- 1 (28oz) can Diced Tomato (or Crushed if you prefer)
- 2 cups water
- 3 (10oz) Beef Broth (I used 2 - 14.5 oz)
- 1 (10.75 oz) can Condensed Tomato Soup
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 tbsp. Parsley
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
- Pepper to Taste

- 1 6 oz Package Stove Top Cornbread Stuffing Mix (or whatever brand you prefer)
- 1 cup warm water
- 1-1/2 lbs of lean Ground Beef
- 2 large eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1 package Onion Soup mix (Lipton?)
Stuffed Pork Loin

- For the Glazing:
- 1 Pork Loin, maybe about 15" long, 3" thick
- Cornbread Stuffing. (or your favorite Flavor)

- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tbls flour
- 1 tbls Dry Mustard
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 2 tbls Cider Vinegar
