Outback Steakhouse Bloomin Onion

Combine and mix well. Mix cornstarch, flour, and seasonings until well blended
- SEASONED FLOUR:
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1 and 1/2 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 12 ounce beer
- 4 Vidalia or Texas sweet onions
- 2 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Garlic & Lemon Chicken w/ Green Beans & Red Potatoes

- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 lemons, 1 thinly sliced, 1 juiced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 8 small red potatoes, quartered

- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced into bite-sized pieces
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, cored, seeded, and sliced into strips
- 8 ounces green beans, cut into bite-sized lengths
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 - 2 chili pepper, minced
- 1 - 2 tablespoon peanut oil
- 2 - 3 teaspoons fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine (or other dry white wine)
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon chili-garlic sauce
Cornbread Chili Casserole

- 12 peeled hard boiled eggs
- 4 tablespoons mayonaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (Franks)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: sprinkle top with Paprika or your choice of seasoning
