Grilled Chicken Tenderloins- Cracker Barrel Style

1) Combine all ingredients in a gallon Ziploc bag
- approx. 2 pounds of chicken tenderloins
- 1 cup of Zesty Italian dressing
- Juice from 1 whole lime
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 3 teaspoons of honey (I added a little more than this)
- I also added a sprinkle of Greek seasoning, but I don't think it was necessary
Easy Shepherd’s Pie

Method 1 Peel and quarter potatoes, boil in salted water until tender (about 20 minutes)
- 1 1/2 lbs ground round beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 1-2 cups vegetables - chopped carrots, corn, peas
- 1 1/2 - 2 lbs potatoes (3 big ones)
- 8 tablespoons butter (1 stick)
- 1/2 cup beef broth ( I used a small jar of prepared gravy instead)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt, pepper, other seasonings of choice

Peel and slice 4 ripe bananas into chunks
- Vegetable spray (PAM, whatever)
- 4 bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1- 1/2 cups of flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Potato Soup, Thick and Creamy

In large pot, boil potatoes in water 10 minutes
- 2 1/2 pounds baby red potatoes, sliced into small bite sized pieces
- 1/2 regular package uncooked bacon, finely diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/4 bunch celery, diced
- 8 cups milk
- 4 cups water
- 4 chicken bullion cubes (use a cup of the hot potato water to dissolve, then use the cup of hot water in place of one of the above cups of water)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 cup salted butter
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 bunch freshly chopped parsley
- 1 cup whipping cream
- For garnish:***
- Shredded cheese
- fried bacon bits
- chopped green onions
A&W Chili Dog Sauce

This is as close as I've ever found to the Original A&W Chili Dogs I enjoyed as a teenager
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 six ounce can tomato paste
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon dried, minced onion
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- heaping 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Stir all of the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl, allowing about 10-15 minutes for the flavors to mingle/...
- Sauce Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Velveted Chicken
- 2 cups thinly sliced Celery
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced Onion- red or yellow
- 1/2 cup sliced Green onions
- 1-2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Canola or Peanut Oil for frying
- Sesame Seeds for garnish- optional
- 1/4 cup Oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper (to taste)
- 2-3 teaspoons mild Molasses or honey (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar or Rice Wine (Sake)
- 1/2 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- Tools:
- Large stainless steel skillet or wok. Teflon-coated pans are not suitable and can be damaged by high heat.

- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- 2 tablespoon butter
