Mozzarella Skewers Recipe

Stir together salad dressing, herb marinade packet, and 1/2 cup water
- 2/3 cup olive oil-and-vinegar dressing (recommended Newman's Own)
- 1 (1 1/16 ounce) packet herb seasoning mix (recommended McCormick Grill Mates)
- 16 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, in water, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 24 cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 sourdough baguette, cut into 24 (1-inch)
- 10 inches bamboo skewers, soaked in water at least 1 hour prior to grilling
Kale Potato Chips

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- Pepper
- Fresh Garlic

- 1/4 cup oil
- 4 tbsp vinegar

- 1 recipe Weir Dough for Pizza
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 cup coarsely grated mozzarella, about 3 ounces
- 3/4 cup coarsely grated fontina, about 3 ounces
- 2 large bunches arugula, ends trimmed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Fry cutlets. First dip in egg, then bread crumbs, and fry in olive oil or canola oil
- Chicken Breasts (thinly slice) One packet is good for 2 people. Double the package for 4 persons.
