- 3 cups flour
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tbsp. baking soda
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 sticks butter room temp.
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 2 cups sweetened flake coconut
- 2 cups chopped pecans
Peanut Butter Cheesecake with Peanut Brittle

Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray 9-inch-diameter springform pan with 2 3/4-inch-high sides with nonstick spray
- Nonstick vegetable oil spray
- 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 1/4 cups creamy peanut butter (do not use old-fashioned style or freshly ground)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 11-ounce package peanut butter chips
- 1 tablespoon apricot jam, warmed
- 1 1/2 cups chopped Peanut Brittle
