In a lg. bowl, combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, milk and 1/4 tsp
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. fat-free milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tspl black pepper
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 2 c. reduced-sodium beef broth
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/4 c. reduced-fat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh dill
- 6 oz. egg noodles, cooked following pkg. directions.

- 2 lbs. raw potatoes
- 4 slices white bread
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 onion, grated
