Better Than Sex Brownies

Cream butter and sugar completely
- 1 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 5 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup Hershey's unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Artichoke Dip (Heroin)

Mix all together, form into large pan (fits well in quiche pan)
- 2 cans ( 8 1/2 oz) artichoke hearts, drained & chopped (not too finely)
- 1 tsp of artichoke juice from can
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup hellman's mayo
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- dash oregano
Grilled Pork Loin Roast with Soda Pop & Soy Marinade

- Marinade: Pork Roast:
- 1 cup lemon lime soft drink 2 1/2 lb Pork Loin Roast
- 1 Tbsp light brown sugar 1 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 garlice cloves, pressed
- 3/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves

- 1/4 lb extra lean ground turkey
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Nature's Seasonings

- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 1 low fat or nonfat hamburger bun

- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup finely chopped shallots
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh thyme
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp white wine or water
- 2 lb. swordfish steaks, cut into 6 serving size pieces

Preheat oven to 450 with rack set in middle
- 1 (4lb) whole chicken
- 1 medium bunch fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced (1 cup)
- 5 Tbsp unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 lemons, zested (1 reserved)
- 5 garlic cloves, very thinly sliced
- 2 scallions, very thinly sliced
- coarse sea salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 3/4 lbs. small to medium potatoes, quartered lengthwise
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 bunch fresh parsley leaves, trimmed (1 1/2 packed cups)

- 8 oz carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces (about 2 cups)
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth

- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups uncooked orzo pasta
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
- garnish: carrot curls
