- 1 1/2 cup flour 7-8 medium apples (use good ones, like Cortland, etc.)
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp milk 1/4 cup butter + 2 Tbsp
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Braunschweiger Sausage Spread

Combine cream cheese, margarine and sausage, mixing until well blended
- 1 8oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 c Parkay margarine (softened)
- 1 lb braunschweiger sausage
- 2 T. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
Grilled Fish with Nectarine Salsa

- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 4 medium nectarines, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tsp chopped jalapeno chili
Grilled Apple Chicken

IN a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsweetened apple juice or apple cider
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 4 1/2 tsp canola oil
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz each)
Chicken & Noodles

Put water, chicken, onion and parsley in a large saucepan or dutch oven
- 1 112oz pkg Reames Home Style Frozen Egg Noodles
- 5 - 5 1/2 cups water
- 4 tsp chicken bouillon granules
- 1 1/2 tsp minced onions
- 2 cups cooked, cubed chicken or (2.5oz cans deboned chicken)
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
Chicken Tortilla Soup (Crockpot)

Place the chopped onion in the bottom of the slow cooker
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can (15oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 4oz cans chopped mild green chile peppers
- 1 can (15oz) mild red enchilada sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5oz) chicken broth
- 1 tsp each cumin, chili powder and salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 pkg (10oz) frozen corn
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- Lime wedges, shredded Parmesan cheese, sour cream, avocado slices and tortilla chips, for serving)

- 6 cups thinly sliced potatoes (abut 6 medium)

- 1 1/2 cups cubed fully cooked smoked ham

Chocolate Chip Cheeseball

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 stick real butter
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp cup mini semi-morsels
- small bag of crushed pecans

Creamy Lemon Chicken Pasta (Kraft)

NOTE: Chic breasts were kind of dry - used boneless chicken thighs
- 2 cups penne pasta, uncooked
- 1 T. oil
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks (try thighs instead)
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- zest & juice from 1 large lemon, divided
- 1/4 cup fresh dill
- frozen peas or fresh asparagus
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
