Preheat oven to 375. Cook cauliflower in boiling salted water to cover 5 minutes or until crisp tender; drain
- 2 2 2 1/2 small heads cauliflower (about 2 1/2 lb), separated into florets
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 3 3 3 cups mimlk
- 6 6 6 Tbsp refrigerated horseradish
- 1 1 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
