Cheddar Biscuits (Red Lobster)

Preheat oven to 450. Stir together the biscuit mix, cheddar, and milk until a soft dough forms
- 2 cups biscuit mix (Bisquick)
- 1/2 cup shredded milk cheddar cheese
- 2/3 cup milk
- 4 Tbsp (1/2 stick) butter
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- parsley flakes, for sprinkling
Gooey Butter Bars

Mix together box of yellow cake mix, 1/2 cup butter and one egg
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 egg
- 3 1/2 cup powder
- 8 oz cream cheese
Overnight Breakfast Sausage Souffle

Needs to be mixed 8 - 12 hours and refrigerated before baking
- 6 eggs
- 6 slices of bread, cubed
- 2 cps milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese (I use a tad more)
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 lb. of sausage, bacon or ham - cooked and well drained
- 1/2 tsp salt (I never use the salt because the meat is usually salty enough)
Oreo Truffles

Making Truffles First crush Oreos by placing in food processor
- 1 lb Oreo cookies (3 sleeves)
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 lb milk chocolate
- 1/2 lb white chocolate
Charred Corn and Corn Chips (Grilled)

I think it would be even better if added one more chili or maybe even a jalapeno
- 4 ears grilled corn (see Grilled Corn recipe)
- 4 Tbsp canola oil
- kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 3 ripe Hass avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
- 1 serrano chile, finely diced
- 1 small red onion, finely diced
- juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- blue, yellow and white corn chips, for serving
Grilled Eggplant and Grilled Tomato Relish

EGGPLANT: Heat grill to high
- 2 medium eggplants, cut into 1n2 inch thick slices
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 16 oz fresh sheep's milk ricotta
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh flat leaf parsley leaves
- 1 (2oz) block parmigiano reggiano, thinly shaved
- Grilled tomato relish (see recipe)
Praline Topped Overnight French Toast

Slice french bread into 1 inch 20 slices
- PRALINE TOPPING:
- 1 loaf french bread (13-16oz)
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups half and half
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- dash salt
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 Tbsp light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Chili Pepper Appetizer (Louise Michaelis)(Firmer consistency version)

In 8x8 pan, cover bottom with chopped chilies (cooked/roasted)
- 3 (4oz) cans green milk chili peppers or 1 - 10 oz can (they will be mild unless marked hot)
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs beaten well & lightly seasoned

Mix 4 cup flour, 1 Tbsp sugar and 2 tsp salt in bowl, add 1 3/4 cup Crisco shortening

Spaghetti Crust Sausage & Mushroom Pizza

Preheat oven to 400. Grease 15x10x1 inch pan
- 1 lb uncooked spaghetti (broken into thirds)
- 3/4 - 1 lb cooked Italian Sausage, casings removed (cook the sausage
- along with 1 medium chopped onion, can use more or less sausages)
- 2 small jars sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Dried Basil
- 2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese (8oz)DIVIDED
- 2 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese (8oz)DIVIDED
- 1 jar favorite spaghetti sauce
